Exclusive Excerpt He rocked his hips, his erection rubbing against her clit through the layers of clothing between them, and she had to bite her lip to keep from crying out. “You’re my Halle,” he whispered, pulling her bottom lip from her teeth. “You always have been.” The moment a moan left her throat, their mouths crashed together, teeth tugging, tongues licking, lips bruising. She arched her back and slinked her body against his chest, rolling her center over his erection again and again. At some point, her bra found its way to the floorboard along with Cooper’s shirt. She felt crazed, and powerful, and so, so, good. “Are you going to make me rip these goddamn shorts off you, or are you going to be a good girl and take them off for me?” Keeping her lips on his, she smiled and maneuvered herself up enough to pull her linen shorts down. She’d barely slipped a leg out before her panties were shredded from her body. She gasped. “Impatient?” “I didn’t say anything about your thong,” he said, wasting no time pushing two fingers inside her. The sensation was so intense she nearly lost her balance. With her head thrown back between her shoulders, she pressed the small of her back against the steering wheel for leverage as she moved in rhythm with his strokes. “Oh, damn baby, you’re drenched.” She moaned and bucked her hips above him. “That’s it, ride my fingers. But don’t you dare come.” “What?” she breathed, rolling her head forward to look at him. His mouth twitched with a smirk. “When you come, my cock will be buried inside you, claiming every second of your orgasm.” Peering at him beneath hooded lids, she nodded. “Now. Then do it now.” She fumbled her fingers over the waist of his jeans, silently cursing the small amount of time it took her to undo the button and slid the zipper down. But the sound that tore from his chest as she wrapped his cock in her hand made it worth it. Withdrawing from her sex, he positioned her over the head of his erection. Pleasure shot through her center as he lowered her onto him. Slowly, she took him inside her, inch by perfect inch, until she couldn’t take anymore. She didn’t have much strength left in her—she was too close. With her nails digging into his biceps, she rested her forehead on his and released a low whimper. “You need to come, baby?” he asked, his thrusts coming hard and fast. “Yes,” she cried, pushing against him, angling her body so the tip of his cock hit her G-spot. Every. Time. “Lean back.” As soon as her back was against the steering wheel, Cooper’s thumb was on her clit. Unlike his relentless thrusts, his touch was gentle, and the different stimulations tumbled her over the edge and through her orgasm. She held onto his thighs and screamed through ripple upon ripple of flourishing aches that never lessened. Oh my God. She was going to come again. “Cooper,” she cried out, her voice quaking. “There’s my girl.” His finger never let up its slow, rhythmic caress, but his hips moved harder, faster, driving his cock inside her. This time, when her orgasm hit, she was too spent to even hum a moan. Instead, she collapsed onto him and buried her face in his neck. Cooper’s grip tightened on her waist. “Fuck,” he growled, then his release spilled inside her. When his body finally stilled, he folded his arms around her and kissed her shoulder. “See what you do to me?” Did he not know what he did to her?

Meet Kelsie and read what she has to say about her "lady cave" I am a wife and a mommy to two adorable knuckleheads, hair stylist by day, writer by night. My crazy life revolves around my family (to include two dogs and a cat) and most of the time, actually all of the time, it's a crazy mess - but I love it! Drinking wine and reading books helps :) I'm a sucker for Romance, add some toe curling smut and I'm done for! My passion is writing. It's the thing I think about when I wake up in the morning, the thing I think about in between packing lunches and giving baths, and the thing I think about when I close my eyes at night. A book can teleport you to another life, to another world. It can sweep you off your feet, make you fall in love, break your heart and heal your soul. I love reading for those reasons, and I love writing for those reasons. Stalk Her: Website | Facebook | Twitter | Goodreads | Rock Star Office Love The bed? The couch? The kitchen counter? I even like to do it on my living room floor. And I can’t forget the time I did it on the bathroom sink. But you know how it goes, when you get that sudden passionate spark, it doesn’t matter where you are. Gutter, ladies. Get your head out of the gutter! I’m talking about writing here. Not sex. Although the kitchen counter…..ahem…. Hot. But when it comes to my favorite writing position, I like to go back to the basics. The office. I know, I know. This may sound pretty boring. But let me assure you. It’s fantastic. When I’m writing, I sit in my oh-so-comfy leather recliner that I bought specifically for this purpose, and placed it in my office where I knew it would get the appropriate love it deserves. That’s not to say it doesn’t get the occasional Popsicle juice or fruit snack wrapper from my kids when the barge in and take over, but mostly, it’s all mine. On occasion, I use the desk. But not often. Mostly if I’m super tired and the recliner is getting a bit to comfy and I get a little bit sleepy. The desk usually does the trick. And it’s red, which I completely love. Not to mention it rests against the adorable book page wallpaper I did with the pages of my first novel.
And of course, an office wouldn’t be complete without a book collection. I got these shelves at Ikea. I loved the idea of floor to ceiling bookshelves, however I’m an author, not a handyman, and constructing something like that is beyond my drill, hammer, and screwdriver knowledge. Sure, I could’ve asked my husband to come up with something for me. But I’m an instant gratification kind of girl, and I just didn’t have time for that. My books needed a home, and I wanted my office decorated! So Ikea shelves it was. And I think the look pretty damn great. We can’t forget the fur-babies. There is not a moment I’m in my office when they aren’t right there beside me. But to be fair, the same goes for the kitchen, the bathroom, the living room, the garage, hell, even the closet. I’m surprised I haven’t stepped on one by now…
Lastly, my photo wall. I have photo walls all over my house. I can’t help it; I love them. I have a cork board I stick notes to, but let’s be honest, that’s as functional as this wall gets. Looks good though, right?
And that’s it. My little (really, really little) office—my sanctuary. My lady cave. (That’s sounds dirty) Additional Books by Kelsie can be found HERE GIVEAWAY

They meet. Sparks fly. Tension soars. Emotions tangle. Bodies collide. Love fills the air. And it’s only been a week…. Oh no, not intsa-love! We cringe, we roll our eyes, and we rant about how unrealistic it is. But it’s FICTION! I’m guilty, I admit, to having a few eye-rolling moments myself when reading. But when push comes to shove, insta-lust is an absolute must (in my opinion) in romance. And insta-love doesn’t bother me, in fact, I kind of insta-love it. As a woman, I crave the heart pounding, butterflies-in-your-stomach, sweaty palms rush of excitement you get in those first few lustful moments. Attraction—the building block for love. Hell, at the very least, the stepping stone to sex. Does it happen in real life? Absolutely. Does it happen often? Probably not as much as we hope. But I think it’s safe to say relationships would be a lot hotter if it did! Incorporating that out-of-this-world-stop-in-your-tracks attraction to someone in romance is what I love to write, and what I love to read. Sure, sometimes the unrelenting desire a character feels towards another can come across as over-the-top, but why would you want to read anything else? We read to escape, right? We plunge into the sensual depths of romance because we want to be wooed and seduced and we want to feel the pitter-patter in our chest. And even while our characters may not understand the intense attraction they are experiencing, we as the reader know we are only witnessing the beginning. Sigh. Knowing more is to come is part of the appeal! “A tangible current charged between them. It was heady and carnal. She swallowed. She didn’t lust. She didn’t. Yet her body begged to differ. Her pulse accelerated and a twisting started in her chest and worked its way into her stomach, spreading a warmth she never expected. His eyes seemed to have that effect on her, though. There was a depth to them, like a secret or a promise or maybe even a threat, and it compelled her, confined her.” ~ A Beautiful Distraction So let’s dabble on the oh-so unrealistic notion of insta-love. I see readers grumble about this often. I get it, I really do. But I want to write about that all-consuming love, the kind that takes you by surprise and burrows in deep and unexpectedly. I want to write about the kind of love that is steadfast and uncontrollable. There is beauty in a love that grows over time, nurtured and caressed. But there is something about the fear that encompasses a love that is intense and instant that stirs emotions inside me. The fear of loving someone so fast, so completely—the uncertainty of logic that has been replaced by passion—is exciting. “It had never felt like this. This all-consuming passion. And she knew it never would again. The indescribable need to melt into him, to seep into his essence, just to get more, closer—just to feel more—was overwhelming her.” ~ A Beautiful Distraction ““I love you,” he whispered, and the last sturdy barrier of her wall shifted beneath those three words, crumbling until she was left vulnerable, exposed, and terrified. But with their heartbeats syncing in rhythm as their bodies remained connected, she wouldn’t have it any other way.” ~ A Beautiful Distraction In the newest novel in my Hard Feeling series, A BEAUTIUFL DISTRACTION, readers get the chance to experience that heart-stopping attraction and that fearful, intense love. The lust is magnetic, and the love is uncontrollable. And for those of you who take a chance on this novel, I hope you enjoy all the insta-ness of this romance! "I know I'm no good for you, baby. But I want you. I want you so fucking bad it's selfish. You do something to me that twists me up." - Kelsie Leverich, Feel the Rush Excerpt She was dreaming. And hell yes, it was a good dream too. The kind of dreams that were all chocolate and margaritas—hell, even a chocolate margarita—all your favorite book boyfriends popped into three-dimensional sex slaves for your dreamland vacation fantasy, mixed with sandy beaches and warm sun and a couple of mani-pedis thrown in there for good measure.
But said fantasy dream was cut short when she felt something brush across the bottom of her foot. It tickled. It was soft and it caused her to jolt so quickly from dreamland that she jerked awake. She kept her eyes shut, praying she would fall back asleep so she could get back to the goodness that was men and margaritas and foot massages. But then real life started kissing the back of her calves, igniting goose bumps to scatter across her bare legs.
Her eyes fluttered open when she recognized the featherlight touches. She laid perfectly still. She wanted to soak it all up, let her body absorb all it could. A rough pair of hands led a path for the mouth that was still taunting her body with sensuous kisses. The pressure was gentle—but anything but light. It was as if the fingertips were branding her skin with their personal imprint—bruising her without leaving a mark. She wasn’t sure if she was awake or not anymore. . . .
The calloused sensation traveled over her hips, giving attention to the exposed panel of skin between the bottom of her tank top and the top of her panties as she laid facedown on her cool sheets, her head still sunken in to the down-feather pillow.
She closed her eyes as she felt the warm flat of a tongue lick the same path the fingers had previously taken and she writhed as the wet stimulation aroused a layer of goose bumps that penetrated her skin, reaching her insides.
“Mmm.” Teeth sunk into the fleshy skin of her side, right above her hip. “You taste sweet, just like sugar,” he whispered, his words barely audible.
She smiled into the pillow, the bend in his scruffy voice setting off a chain reaction that started in her ears and dominoed though out her body.
His hands raised farther up the bare skin of her sides. His fingers slowly crept under her, toying with the smooth flesh under her breasts. She felt the weight of his body press on top of her, but she continued to lay still, her eyes closed, and her breathing calm and even. She liked this, this sensuous, sweet side of him she was experiencing.
His lips fastened over the back of her neck, right in the pillow-y spot where her neck and shoulder met. His mouth was warm. He sucked gently, then pressed a soft, chaste kiss. “Hey, baby, time to get up.” His mouth hung next to her ear, his lips brushing the bottom of her earlobe. He slid down next to her, his body enveloping as much as it could around her as she laid on her stomach. She sleepily lifted her lids, opening them to see Reed staring straight back at her.
“Morning.” He smiled.
